The IFTA Panel of Arbitrators ("Panel") is composed of distinguished entertainment attorneys from around the world with familiarity with litigation and knowledge of international financing, sales agency and licensing of motion pictures. They understand the unique and complex nature of the film industry and are committed to resolving disputes quickly and fairly.

IFTA Arbitrators are independent. They are not employees of IFTA and receive no compensation from IFTA. IFTA is not responsible for the substantive decisions or processes used by any individual Arbitrator.

The Arbitrators are vetted and approved by the Arbitration Advisory Committee which updates the Panel annually. The Arbitrators must qualify each year on the grounds of ongoing expertise and availability in order to remain on the Panel. IFTA Arbitrators are located in 20 countries around the world, including the United States. For more information about the Arbitrator selection process, see the Rules for Arbitration
